RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, HOW DO I DO IT?

Choose one of these options for returns:

- Visit our store in Yngsjö, Åhuskärrvägen 30, 29692 Yngsjö.

- Return via DB Schenker or another freight supplier.

If you want to return your item   by post (or another way), you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost. The return must take place within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Always contact Jardinerie Nordic before making a return.

You will receive compensation for your purchase no later than 7 days after the returned product has arrived at Jardinerie Nordic. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the risk of return shipping, the risk includes e.g. that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. If the goods are damaged during transport to us, we will email you about this, attach photos and explain that we cannot accept the goods.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PASSED?

You will receive an order confirmation via email from us when we have received your order.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation. The confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.

Once the shipment has left us, it is delivered to your home address within 1-3 working days, depending on where in the country you live. On DB donates the website  you can enter your tracking number to track your shipment, something we recommend.

Always save your order confirmation for any contact with Jardinerie Nordic customer service.

CAN I ADJUST, COMPLETE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN I ORDER FROM JARDINERIE NORDIC E-TRADE IF I LIVE OUTSIDE SWEDEN?

We currently only ship goods within Sweden's borders.

You pay easily with debit card and credit card at the checkout. No card fees are added.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHY IS THE ITEM OUT OF STOCK WHEN I GET TO CHECKOUT?

Since the product is not reserved when you add it to the shopping cart, it may happen that the product is sold out when you get to the checkout.

HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE DELIVERY TIME?

Your order will be shipped within 1-7 business days, provided that the item you ordered is in stock. In weeks with red days, the delivery time may be slightly delayed.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

The goods are sent within 1-7 days. provided that the item you ordered is in stock.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation. The confirmation contains a tracking number that you use to track your shipment.

Once the shipment has left us, it is delivered to your home address within 1-3 working days, depending on where in the country you live. On the DB Schenker website, you can enter your tracking number to follow your shipment, which we recommend.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We deliver, through DB Schenker. We send all our goods with a service called Ombudspaket Domestic. This means that you need to collect your package from the nearest representative. 

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for DB Schenker delivery handling/times. 

TERMS OF PURCHASE

* The statutory right of withdrawal for distance shopping is 14 days. With reference to § 11:4 of the Distance Selling Act (DAL), this does not apply to goods that can quickly deteriorate or be damaged by being handled several times.

The following general conditions apply to you as a private or business customer of Jardinerie Nordic. Upon purchase, an agreement is entered into between the buyer and Jardinerie Nordic AB.

When you make a purchase at Jardinerie Nordic, you accept our purchase conditions in their entirety, as well as consent to our handling of cookies and personal data. See section 2 for information about our privacy policy. To make a purchase on jardinerienordic.se, you must be 18 years old, in accordance with Swedish law. All prices on the website are stated including VAT and in Swedish kronor. Prices do not include any payment and shipping fees. These fees are listed separately in cases where they occur.

Promotional and sale prices are valid for a specific time period or while stocks last, unless otherwise stated. Jardinerie Nordic reserves itself for price changes, final sales and possible factual errors, for example price errors, product descriptions, color deviations and incorrect stock balances. We reserve the right to cancel purchases to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. Jardinerie Nordic reserves the right to change general conditions, prices, assortment, descriptions or images on the website at any time. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason why an order confirmation is not received is that in connection with the order you have accidentally provided an incorrect email address. Please check your Junk Mail to be safe.

STOCK BALANCE
If an item is in stock, please note that the stock status is only a forecast. Software availability can not be guaranteed*. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock*, we reserve the right to cancel this item on your order and send you the remaining ordered items. The difference is refunded back to the same account used for the order.

INTEGRITY POLICY

Data privacy is very important to us at Jardinerie Nordic and we want to be open and transparent with our handling of your personal data. This privacy policy has been updated and clarified according to the new terms of the GDPR* which will come into force on 25 May 2018. This shall clearly explain the collection, processing and changes regarding your personal information.

It is important that you understand and take part in our privacy policy so that you feel secure in our processing of your personal data.

We use your personal data to manage your purchase online at jardinerienordic.se by processing your orders and returns via our online services and sending you notifications about delivery status or in the event of problems with the delivery of your items. Processing of your personal data is necessary for us at Jardinerie Nordic to be able to provide the service and deliver your order to you.

• We use your personal data to manage your payments.
• We also use your data to handle complaints and matters regarding products.
• We use your personal data to send you marketing offers and information via email and SMS.

We use your personal data to fulfill the requirements of laws, court rulings and authority decisions. This includes using your personal data to collect and check accounting information to comply with accounting rules. The processing of your personal data is necessary for us at Jardinerie Nordic to be able to fulfill our obligations according to law.


Your personal data is used to identify you and to confirm that you are of the legal minimum age to make online purchases and to confirm your address when contacting external partners.

We use Klarna as a payment partner and they give our customers the opportunity to pay in several ways. Regardless of which way you choose to pay, your data is provided and protected by Klarna. This is to be able to complete a purchase agreement. Here you can also choose to be "automatically remembered" or "blocked", the latter meaning that your payment details are not saved and are automatically filled in every time you make a purchase. In the checkout you will find our and Klarna's terms and conditions of purchase in order to be able to complete the purchase even more safely.

We do not give out addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or other personal data about our customers to third parties for marketing purposes, statistical processing or the like.

Customers' personal data is treated confidentially, regardless of whether they have specifically requested this or not. We use the information only to be able to process customer orders and offer relevant marketing.

Every time we process personal data that we have collected from you, you will receive information about whether the provision of this is statutory or mandatory for the purpose of entering into an agreement, as well as any consequences that this may have.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time. We send you this information by e-mail after you contact us. You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect, including the right to supplement incomplete personal data.

You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and refuse direct marketing at any time. If you do so, we at Jardinerie Nordic cannot send you any further offers in the form of direct marketing or information based on your consent.

You have the right to delete all personal data processed by us at Jardinerie Nordic at any time, with the exception of the following situations:

• you have an ongoing case with customer service
• you have a pending order that has not yet been sent or has been partially sent
• you are suspected of having or have misused our services in the past four years
• if you have made a purchase, we save your personal data in connection with the transaction for accounting purposes

The Swedish company, Jardinerie Nordic, is the data controller for the personal data that you send to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Jardinerie Nordic needs to collect information about your use of our online services using cookies. These small text files are sent by us to your device so that we can remember you the next time you visit us. Cookies build a picture of your interests and needs and how exactly you use our website. These text files also enable us to ensure that we send other relevant marketing information such as offers and internet-based advertising.

Information that we may collect is name, home address, email, phone number, IP address, purchase history, search criteria, browser when you visit us, how long you stay on the site, location-based data, language, previous purchases and in some case, we may also contact you in the phase after the purchase has been completed.

The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA).

If you believe that we at Jardinerie Nordic are processing your personal data incorrectly, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may need to update our privacy policy. The latest version of our privacy policy is always available on our website. We will notify you of any material changes to the policy, such as the purpose of the use of your personal data or your rights.

*The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, abbreviated GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)) is a new EU regulation that comes into force throughout the EU on May 25, 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).

SECURE PAYMENT

Jardinerie Nordic E-handel offers different payment methods. These are indicated in the checkout on the website. Jardinerie Nordic collaborates with Klarna for secure online payments. No card fees are added.

YOUR ORDER

E-TRADE

When you have placed an order in Jardinerie Nordic E-handel, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation must be saved for any contact with Jardinerie Nordic customer service. It is important that a valid e-mail address and a valid mobile number are entered when ordering.

When your order is sent from us, you will receive a delivery confirmation. There is a link with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. If you have questions regarding your order, contact us here.

SHIPPING TERMS

Your package is normally packed the day after you place your order. Ships within 1-7 business days. We deliver with DB Schenker and only within Sweden.

Once your package has been delivered, we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

We send all our packages via DB Schenker with a service called Ombudspaket Domestic. This means that you need to collect your package from the nearest agent. In individual cases, it may differ, which can lead to you needing to collect your package from the nearest agent. Check your mailbox, including spam.

As soon as your order arrives at the drop-off point, you will be sent an SMS telling you that your order is available for collection.
 

NOTE: You also get your package number sent to you via e-mail, but no letter notification is sent when you have selected SMS notification. Storage time for goods is normally 14 days from the time the package arrived at your agent. You can track letters, parcels and pallets using your package number. You can also track using SMS numbers and notification codes.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for DB Schenker delivery handling/times.

5.1 DELIVERY DELAY
The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase in case of delay if he does not approve the new proposed delivery time. Delivery time is normally 5 – 7 days for Sweden.

5.2 SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping prices vary based on the item's size and weight, your postal address and the service DB Schenker offers for your order. You can see the total shipping price for your order in your shopping basket.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND COMPLAINT

6.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal upon presentation of a receipt for accessories and furnishings without you as a consumer needing to state a reason for this. Goods sent back in unsaleable condition may decrease in value by up to 100%.
ATTENTION! sale goods and gift cards are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal must be communicated in an appropriate manner and you as a consumer are responsible for the message reaching us. The time for the right of withdrawal begins to run from the day you bought your item in our store in Yngsjö or from the day you received the item via delivery. 6.2 RETURNS and COMPLAINTS Jardinerie Nordic
If you have regretted your purchase, make a Return. If you have received a damaged product, make a complaint.

Complaints and returns are made on site at the store in Yngsjö.

Always save your receipt - this is valid as your warranty card and must be presented in the event of a complaint or return.

In the event of any disputes, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

6.3 RETURNS and COMPLAINTS: E-TRADE
If you have regretted your purchase, make a Return. If you have received a damaged product, make a complaint. For transport damage see instructions under point 6.4.

6.3.1 RETURN
– To register a return request, contact du customer service

- Select case return and complaint
- Write your case and state the external document number
- Confirm by clicking SEND

After registered return request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions regarding your case. When using open purchase on e-commerce, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost. The return must be sent within 14 days after you have notified that you want to use the right of cancellation.

You will receive compensation for your purchase no later than 14 days after the returned product has arrived at Jardinerie Nordic.

6.3.2 COMPLAINT
– To register a complaint request, contact customer service 
- Fill in person and contact details
- Select case return and complaint
- Write your case and state the external document number
- To speed up the handling of complaints, you can upload a picture of the current damage/cause of complaint under UPLOAD PICTURES.
- Confirm by clicking SEND

After a registered complaint request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions regarding your case. In cases where the product must be sent back to us - wait for the free return shipping slip. We do not reimburse for any own shipping costs.

As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it is received by our returns department, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Package well.

You will receive compensation for your purchase no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you want to return the item. However, we can withhold payment until we receive the return or proof that the item has been sent, whichever occurs first.

6.4 TRANSPORT DAMAGE
We always check that all goods are of the highest quality before we send them. If the packaging of your shipment has visible, obvious damage upon delivery, we ask you to photograph the goods before opening them. This is so that Jardinerie Nordic customer service will have the opportunity to advertise the shipment to the transport company. If the goods have suffered transport damage, contact our customer service immediately and at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. All possible damage must be documented with clear photos (no larger than 5 MB) attached via email to Jardinerie Nordic Customer service 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

If you want to complain about a product, you register the complaint via customer service, according to point 6. Warranty and right of complaint apply on presentation of a valid proof of purchase. You have the right to advertise a product within 3 years.

7.1 MANUFACTURING FAULTS
A manufacturing defect is discovered by law within 6 months. A defect on the thermostat or a short circuit is not counted as such errors. In order for Jardinerie Nordic to be responsible for the fault in the product, it is required that the fault is original, that is to say that it was already there when you bought the product (manufacturing fault). Errors that become apparent within 6 months are always considered to be original errors, which Jardinerie Nordic corrects at no cost to you.

Jardinerie Nordic sells all electrical items with a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act, and all warranties apply in Sweden. Jardinerie Nordic is then responsible for the claim costs if the damage is considered to be a manufacturing defect.

Jardinerie Nordic is not responsible for errors that occur due to damage, wear or neglect. Such product defects include, for example, frayed cords and cracks in the product.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, it is not possible to advertise a product in case of dissatisfaction, as Jardinerie Nordic has no satisfaction guarantee. You can find a link to the EU's common dispute resolution page here.
